O projekcie / Our Project

Our project focuses on environmental goals and growing understanding of nature(world of insects, the sustainability of ecosystem functions linked to the conservation of biodiversity)with the use of ICT,STEAM. Objectives are determined by our priorities and result in(soft ones): To promote students’ interest in word of insects and overcoming the reservations towards it-To enlarge young people’s knowledge about diffrent national ecosystems and biodiversity-To develop knowledge, understanding for other Europeancultures, nature, geographical features-To improve communication in foreign language and the ICT skills-To increase participation in lifelong learning and create more future opportunities, especially for kids with special needs and disadvantaged groups-To promote the integration of pupils with disability, special needs and different sex, racial origin, religion belief-To help young people acquire environmental competences in a authentic context, which they need for future-To develop the international teamwork-To improve the learning skills in environmental issues, ecology, science-To encourage students to be active in ecological campaign and taking care about environment-To promote the integration in the curriculum of environmental aspects.-To develop the creativity and innovation, better learning strategies based on good practices and STEAM approach-To achieve better learning outcomes for pupils in a long term-To devolope usage of eTwinning portal. We believe these activities will contribute to modernise the teaching base of the schools. Getting in touch with other cultures and being able to introduce our own culture to other nations and this way strengthening the common European culture is our challenge. All materials produced in the project are made available to partners and therefore the pupils can compare the cultures and the countries and see what is meant by the European identity. Students will develop their knowledge in different school subjects in the active way. The strategies for achieving our objectives, go through: the use of Science subjects as Biology, Geography, Ecology,Maths, Physics, Chemistry to captures the interest and curiosity of students, the use of English to cross language barriers; the use of hands-on activities ICT; often communication and interactive tools that allow students and teachers to enlarge their knowledge.In Millennium Ecosystem Assessment, which was published by the United Nations with the contributions of 1,300 experts, it washighlighted the links between ecosystems and human well-being and triggered many research and projects to determine the functions and values that ecosystems provide in different parts of the world. Therefore, students make meaningful learning about the diversity of fauna and flora with this project too. Hard results:e-book"Wonder of nature, photo competition with e-exhibition and album "Word of Insect", teachers/students' kit with set of materials, film "Nature-ecosystems, logo, leaflets "Protect the world".

Nasza szkoła, pomimo pandemii, postanowiła nie ograniczać współpracy międzynarodowej. Przez ostatni rok szkolny, wspólnie z partnerem z Litwy, realizowaliśmy projekt „Śladami Jana Pawła II – apostoła polskiej i litewskiej niepodległości. Dzięki temu projektowi 13 naszych uczniów miało możliwość pracy z uczniami z litewskiej szkoły partnerskiej z Birzai. Projekt ten właśnie się skończył, a my nie spoczywamy na laurach.

Na wiosnę tego roku postanowiliśmy poszukać nowych partnerów do kolejnych projektów współpracy międzynarodowej. W wyniku tego pracowaliśmy w dwóch grupach z nauczycielami z innych państw, licząc na to, że choć jeden projekt okaże się na tyle dobry, że uzyska akceptację Agencji Narodowej.

W drugiej grupie projektowej – nasza szkoła była koordynatorem. Powstał projekt o nazwie: „What’s up Mr. Bug?”, którego tematyka dotyczy ekologii, nauk przyrodniczych, poznawania piękna natury. Napisany projekt został pozytywnie zaopiniowany przez polską Agencję Narodową Erasmusa +. Cały projekt dostał dofinansowanie w kwocie 111.420,00 euro, zaś nasza szkoła otrzymała 29.256,00 euro. Projekt zakłada dwuletnią współpracę między szkołami w: Turcji, Rumunii, Chorwacji i Polsce. W ramach projektu odbędzie się 4 wyjazdy uczniów i nauczycieli do: Melikgazi – Turcja, Čakovec – Chorwacja, Remetea – Rumunia i Puławy – Polska.

 

Póki co, projekty i realizacja ich założeń rozpocznie się od listopada 2020 r., natomiast wyjazdy i ich terminy będą uzależnione od sytuacji na świecie. Zatem naszą szkołę w tym roku czekają nie tylko wyzwania związane z pandemią, ale i te przyjemniejsze z podróżami, poznawaniem nowych kultur i otwieraniem się na świat.
