On the occasion of Valentine's Day, the Poco Loco Theater from Rijeka presented itself to the students of the first elementary school in Čakovec with the play "Ljubiti, samo ljubiti." The snail accidentally fell in love and set off on a journey through the forest, in the end he realized that he is unique, and that he can be whatever he wants. It is known that theatrical performances develop students' creative thinking, empathy, understanding of their own and other people's feelings. In addition to the benefits mentioned in the interaction with the actors, students had the opportunity to even understand the feelings and needs of animals, develop a sense of responsibility, tolerance, self-respect, self-evaluation, courage to socialize better.
The students expanded their knowledge about the ecological footprint and created a poster on that topic, and in order to influence its reduction, they should have carried out activities that influence its reduction at school and at home. In the month of May, there were many rainy days in our region, so the students of the 2nd grade I primary school in Čakovec set up buckets in the school yard to collect rainwater, which they later used to water the plants in the school garden, in their families they used plastic bags instead canvas, they walked more, and some families replaced gasoline cars with electric cars. Students interviewed their grandparents to explore the ecological footprint of their families. Ana_Lara+.mp4
