The Safer Internet Day!

It was celebrated in our schools thanks to our Erasmus+ teams from the project „ What’s up Mr. Bug?”

The theme of the year was: „Together for a better Internet”. All students from our schools were invited to participate to the Safer Internet Day.

Our activities:

We worked about e-safety on social networks as Facebook or eTwinning.Our students were divided in teams and created a video on the European theme of the Safety Internet Day.

In our schools was announced the competition for the best posters with tips for being safety on the Web.

The next activity during the Safer Internet Day was a discussion about some guidelines as to using the Internet in proper way, so that the Internet use can truly add to the learning experience and steer clear of the pitfalls. The guidelines the students discussed and summarized will for a basis for the future Internet use in our schools.

Furthermore, students made colourful digital posters on different topics ranging from social networks, mobile technology, viruses etc.

What's more participant students to the programme produced a leaflet or a poster with pieces of advice for parents and teenagers for safe surfing the Net. The Erasmus+ project has brought to our schools the interesting activities of Safe Internet Day which will be continued to be organised in the next few years.
