Candle making workshop

 

As part of our ecological project activities, Mrs. H. Bilotserkovets and B. Kryczka introduced Polish youth to the secrets of creating scented candles. During the workshops, unique candles were created, in which everyone could immerse themselves in the memories of summer in dried flowers and immerse themselves in the aromas of lime, orange and basil. Such personal candles will be the perfect gift for a loved one. Enjoy our photos!

Poszukiwania owadów

W związku z realizacją tematów przyrodniczych, dzieci z klasy 1A wybrały się na poszukiwania. Zadaniem dzieci było poszukiwanie i obserwacja za pomocą szkieł powiększających mrówek oraz ich domów. Oczywiście obserwacja przyrodnicza się powiodła i już po chwili dzieci mogły poobserwować pierwsze mrówki. Wniosek z wykonanego zadania: mrówki mogą mieć swoje domy wszędzie :)

Europe Day

On May 9, 2023, students of the first elementary school in Čakovec celebrated Europe Day by participating in the workshops of the STE(A)M festival: CHEMISTRY ALL AROUND US, CHEMISTRY IN THE KITCHEN, WHAT WE KNOW TODAY ABOUT THE DNA MOLECULE?  The Međimurje County Science Center was the organizer of the festival. The students participated in the festival with interest, they acquired knowledge that they will use in their everyday life, the activities were accompanied by new skills, the students enjoyed interacting with their schoolmates, and the festival itself exceeded the students' expectations. https://youtu.be/WXf0scJ_lE0
